Lozza 2014 sunglasses collection: writers’ inspired

Lozza, the oldest eyewear brand in Italy, has always been appreciated for its contemporary vintage style, which every season puts forward new revisitations of a timeless, classic and retro look. In the latest summer collection, fine materials are combined with care and dedication, for a line rich in details and references in shape and colours of the past.

For this season, Lozza presents a collection which mixes evocative elements and stylistic contents, drawing inspiration from the greatest authors of all time, such as Flaubert, Fitzgerald, Joyce, Kerouac and Keats.

Soft and sinuous shapes, featuring tartan patterns and multicoloured wood and tortoise shell textures, are mixed and matched with glossy, shaded and matt effects, customising the entire range with sophistication and refinement.

The Lozza FITZGERALD SL 4006 is a model with an eclectic yet classic and romantic soul, recalling the spirit of Fitzgerald, one of the greatest authors of the Jazz age. The Lozza logo features on the two-tone acetate frame as metal pins and as a monogram customising the entire front.

A return to basic and to the timeless tortoise shell classic, reinterpreted with a delicate matt finish for the Lozza FLAUBERT SL 4002M. The front piece has a keyhole bridge, while the slim temples are marked by the brand’s traditional invisible hinge.

Round is back in the Lozza JOYCE SL 2211, with its double-bridge and wood-effect temples. The frame looks to the past, recalling a cosmopolitan and adventurous spirit of yesteryears.

The Eighties have made a comeback in the Lozza SALINGER VL 4011, featuring an acetate frame and metal bridge and pins embellishing the front piece.
