Dolce & Gabbana has always been faithful to its traditions and still today it brings on the catwalks the story of its homeland. This year the collection draws inspiration from the Spanish domain over the Kingdom of Sicily between 1516 and 1713. An influence that is obvious on the frames touched by latin motifs, elements that evoke the spanish traditions and values and details that will underline ones’ sensual and elegant look.
The main themes of the collection are two: on one side the lace decorations, so typical of the spanish dresses, that have led to the creation of extremely sophisticated and unique frames, with perforated temples. On the other side a new pattern of dots and carnations both traditional of Spain.
For the first collection we have distinguished two sunglasses: the cat-eye Dolce & Gabbana SPAIN IN SICILY DG 4264 and the round Dolce & Gabbana SPAIN IN SICILY DG 4265. As for the eyeglasses collection, the Dolce & Gabbana SPAIN IN SICILY DG 3236.
