Wes Gordon for Silhouette Limited Edition

Extraordinary sunglasses emphasizes your uniqueness
- Wes Gordon

The New York based designer Wes Gordon, creator of elegant outfits for influencers such as Miranda Kerr and Michelle Obama has decided to launch himself into eyewear. He has teamed up with Austrian eyewear makers Silhouette to create a unique limited edition
The sunglasses were first shown at Gordon’s fashion show for Spring/Summer 2016 in New York and were launched for the new season in January 2016.

The design is based on Silhouette’s original Titan Minimal Art frames which are constructed without hinges, screws or rims and weighs only 2 grams!

Only the very best materials have been used in creating these hand made glasses, which are crafted in an ultra-light titanium frame and hand-sanded lenses meticulously forged from a single piece of glass and painted with a faint line of contrast-colored paint. The sunglasses are available in four different colours - Nude Brown, Classic Grey, Classic Green and Ocean Blue and combines a sense of retro glamour with expressive futurism.

Wes Gordon said: “Something felt really fresh about small, round shapes, especially for our woman — it’s very much a mix of craft and femininity but with a sense of something clean and modern.” Continuing, “My collection for Silhouette is designed for confident women who communicate their style with subtle grace and without pretense, who are both feminine and mysterious.”
